The rear windshield washer not spraying water out?

is my mk1 clio diesel 1996, before the work and rear wiper and work against the jets i can not seem to figure out why your work I have not checked the jets for a block, I have cleaned the pump and the works that I think H. Esp be somewhere in the tube of an idea?
