1989 caprice windshield washer fluid dont come out, why?

I have a 1989 caprice and the wiper motor works fine. The only problem is that the washer fluid dont work. Would i have to replace the motor or does the motor have a pump for the washer fluid?

There is a separate pump for the fluid. It may need replacing.
