How do you change a blank CDR disc VCD blank so you can see on television.?

Or any other solution. I have no recorder DVD. Does anyone know how to see something from a CD on TV. I just need some answers!

Yes, I have done this. I used version Nero 6 Nero Vision Express. First, create the video and then say to burn as VCD. But if you have a video connection (composite out vid card), then you can record from your computer to a video tape that is more reliable in most video devices. Some DVD players can not play some of VCD. Remember, if you use a video recorder, which was composed only give you video.
