COD black ops used to read, Xbox 360, says: Open the tray?

It is the only album that does not work, it is not scractched or anything, is new, and the xbox says Open tray when the disc is in. What to do?

Here's how that works for me: 1. Is it only in black operations or all of their games? If it's just a game trying to clean the disc with a disc cleaning solution or glass cleaner. If cleaning does not work take it back to the place of purchase and must be able to change it for any costs not problems. 2. If this happens with all discs, try to start the Xbox without a hard drive connected. A Sometimes this solves the problem, but usually not. Check if your Xbox under warranty: If you are covered https://myservice.xbox.com/en-US/Pages/Welcome.aspx send it in. 4. If your Xbox is out of warranty the best solution is a calibration pot DVD. You have to disassemble the Xbox, but worth it.
