Transmission Mount

I don’t know how to call about bushing of transmission mount?

I have Buick Skylark custom 3.1 L .Now the transmission Mount is broken .i want to replace it but the bolt(Or bushing Or something how to call) damaged i want the new one .but i can’t tell the auto parts seller what is it.
