Ollie and heelflip problems (skateboarding)?

I found that my bushings are pretty loose, and I havent been able to ollie very high latley. Are these related? (tips on ollie higher would be nice too)
also I am learning to heelflip. usualy I can get the board half way around and somtimes fully, but usualy I land in a different place than my board (usualy I land in front of it) does anyone have any tips on heelflip? thankis for any help!

your ollie might not be as high any more because your board may be losing its pop and not because of the brushings.Crouching down before you pop and shooting up will get your ollies higher. and as for your heelfips is to try holing on to a handrail or something and trying to heelflip. It will have you stable and more air time to land your trick . Also try to land your heelfips on the truck side to get the feeling of landing the trick
