Meaning and use of car options?

new cars. recently doing research on my first car and had some trouble understanding the following terms: Power Windows Steering Wheel Power Steering Cruise Control Alloy Wheels please help if you know any of the above thousand thxxxxx:)

Steering – hydraulic pump A helps turn the front wheels. More or less standard on all cars manufactured since 1970. Energy Windows – You press a button or switch on the door to go to the window up / down, rather than cranking. Tilt Wheel – There is a lever on the steering column that lets you adjust the wheel up or down. Cruise Control – A switch in the intermittent lever that keeps the car moving at the same speed on the highway, allowing you to take your foot off the accelerator pedal. Alloy wheels – wheels made of polished metal that do not require caps.
