For those who are running SVO / WVO, which has had problems with, and to run?
What advice would you give to a rookie running WVO?

Use only clear oil, avoid things thick. Let stand for 2 weeks before recording for the water to settle. Always left with the top in the collection and fuel load. Keep the hot oil when you are burning. 190 F is ideal.
