How to fully test and circiut speedometer on 03 Galant?
Speedo was killed in an accident stereo installed by the owner's brother. Now the scanner (Snap-On MTG 2500) shows the reading of data Trans = VSS with the reading of TomTom ONE. Under the engine data reading VSS is 0 mph and the speedometer does not work. Normal car drives just not speedometer or cruise. There is a Mitsubishi dealer within 100 miles from here and there by phone. Anyone who has been here? Not only is that this lady a new PCM? Does not Fixit. Do not change anything.
Go to a junkyard and buy a cluster of a 03 Galant. Install it.
