How do I extract a 6-32 or 8-32 steel screws from Brass H Grill burner?

While trying to install a new Venturi I managed to break all 4 screws. They are too small for the extractors I have. Looks like steel screws in brass. It’s a Great Outdoor Grill Co. H burner with a 25 year Warrantee but they are out of business. Seems the screws were not under Warrantee.

About all you can do is drill them out and re-tap to the next larger screw. this is very hard to do with steel screws in brass. I would suggest going to a machine shop that can drill them out unless you have a good drill press and sharp twist drills of a good brand. Next to this I would suggest a new grill.

When you reinstall the screws lube them with a good high temp anti-cease.
