Rattle noise on my car.?

Ok so I have a 2002 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4×4 Crew cab, short bed, SLE, with a 6.0ltr V8 with a 4.10 rear end and 175,000 miles on engine, and 200,000 miles on chassis (from towing behind a motorhome). Ok so here is the prob It rattles when you step on the brakes. Ive replaced both wheel bearings, brake pads and rotors, and changed oil, and lubed everything that has a lube joint. What could the problem be? Oh and it only does it sometimes (does not seem to be better or worse during light or heavy breaking). Thanks a bunch guys
