How I can sell my damaged car for now?

Is April 1 Dodge Stratus SE Sedan. I got into an accident and had to replace the bumper and some other things. Not bad either. However, was reached earlier at a cost of 85 hours to see what's wrong with it now. The alignment is in poor condition and carries tires very quickly.
