How to contact a car company that went out of business?

I have a 2004 Oldsmobile Alero, they told me I went out of business. I have had more that issues from 31,000 miles … unfortunately warranty ended at 30,000. I understand that when you have problems, if not under warranty is bad luck. However .. these problems have been that it is catastrophic, unacceptable to the point should be a memory and I have made contact with someone. My biggest gripe is all the controls are popping out INCLUDING command in the gearbox (to put that on and off the park), we have to use it as a key .. and when you are in high traffic and the need to reverse quickly .. is dangerous .. sometimes you fall off the car seat and I was honking at me. Any help ?!?!? Who do I contact, how? Thanks in advance!
