Would you buy a 1991 used Lexus for $1000 with a suspension problem? It looks good runs quiet.?

OOPS sorry, I forgot to add that it has 200,000 Milage, and the Suspension problem is to correct the balance, keep car straight. So Parts will be expensive to repair huh? I am not looking for an expensive, just a ride around car but it looks so good and it runs so soft, but I can’t make up my mind.
Also, The Man told me he would get the suspension fixed, for an additional 1 or 200
