I Got a movie i need to put on a disc or dvd?

I got a movie i need to put on a disc or a dvd its Sorority Row, and every time i put it on a cd or a dvd it says in my DVD player disc is not playable and its not scratches cause they have none and ive also tried using softwares too but they didnt change anything
