I have Road Runner; is it possible to use a splitter to use the same cable line for RR and cable on a TV?

I want to have Road runner on a PC and Cable on my TV in the same room using just one cable connection. Or will i have to have another cable line installed in that room?

For the most part its okay. In fact the TW guy installed it like that himself.

In my last home a year ago though the technician went out of his way to make sure there was a clean run to the cable modem before splitting it out to the TVs.

While there may be some performance degradation, Roadrunner is so fast, its rearely a problem.

If you use the OnDemand channels a lot, take note of how well those channels are working for you. If you find its hard to complete the OnDemand requests for programming, the splitter could be the culprit. If thats the case, call TW customer support and they’ll tell you for sure.
