How do I fix my flash movie from disabling active x pop up and blocked content alert?

I notice other flash sites on the web dont have the blocked content pop up and I really want to know how to fix that so site visitors dont have to deal with the pop up on their browser saying to enable active x controls. This is frustrating because I cant find a solution to the problem anywhere!
