What is the best stand-alone Divx player for $ 150 or less?

I have a Phillips dvp642/37 (about two years) and I'm not satisfied with only play files that are coded to perfection. What is the best player? I like that you can play any divx xvid, mpeg, mp4 can throw at it. Something that is a bit over $ 150 is fine, if it is really worth. Hope to hear from someone who knows his stuff and has had experience with this.
