How I can connect my laptop to TV with S-Video (7 pin mini-DIN)?

My laptop has a "7-pin S-Video port that is used to connect to a TV. But my TV only has a general "4-pin S-Video port. "I can connect together? Is the transfer of audio from my laptop, too?

You have to buy an adapter cable like the one shown here http://www.svideo.com/7pin.html There adapter cables or boxes for almost any conversion you want to do. Literally, I mean any conversion.
