How I can replace the PVC hose in my 2005 Mazda 6?

My check engine light just came yesterday and the dealer tried it and said my PCV hose was broken and to replace it and seals. Failure to pay 500 for parts and labor and I'm thinking I do not want to go that route. Where is located and easy to fix?

$ 500.00? all you need is a piece of 3 / 8 hose. Simply plug one end of the hose to the and the other end to the PCV valve.
