How do I get rid of the ad panel on the right side so you do not have to scroll horizontally?

I would use all available space on my screen and not be forced to watch an ad. I can not continue with this tool, email if you have to scroll both vertically and horizontally.

You know my "add something" is not there, use it to announce some kind of dating site. I do not know how, but it disappeared by itself same. I know what you are saying that is so aggravating having to scroll from left to right, I wish I could help.
