Where can I find a panel cover for a GE Circuit Breaker panel installed in 1974? Stamp says Box TX 2420.Thanks?

Stamp inside panel box says “BOX TX 2420″. Box dimensions are 12 1/2″ wide x 27″ high. Any help is greatly appreciated.
