I have Compaq LAP3 without Windows. How can I load my PC Windows package. No disk drive only USB port. Thanks?

It is second hand & shows peripherals W98. I want to load my PC recovery disks on to it.

get an external usb dvd writer, they are quite cheap now, look here for an example:
