How to turn on the fog lights on a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ?

Hi I am the owner of a 2007 Chevy LTZ and I can not figure out how to turn on the the fog lights of my car. Thanks and PS do you know if you can get the right size HID (XENON) lights for the fog lamps. Thanks!!
