Outside Rear

can window tint be put outside? i just saw a guy put tint on the rear window but he put it outside he used a?
blower is that another technique?
No it can’t. The guy you saw was heat-shrinking the piece of tint to conform to the curvature of the rear window. If you would have kept watching you would have seen him apply the film on the inside.
