Onstar Moonroof

Front grill and moonroof switch housing on a 2003 chevy trailblazer?

I have a leak comming from the moon roof switch on the truck. The switch housing also contains the buttons for the (onstar). I took the 2 screws from the rear of the housing, but know all it does it move barely 3/8 of an inch forward or backward. How do I get the housing down to find the leak. Also when relacing the headlight bulbs on the truck how do you get the two tabs that go into the headlight housing bracket out without breaking the trim piece that the tabs attach to. The piece that I am talking about is a strip that goes from one headlight to the other and has the chevy symbol on it.

The grill is one long piece that goes across the headlights and also contains the grill itself. The entire assembly snaps into place. All you need to do is slowly and carefully start at one end and pull it and the snaps that hold it in should pop out one by one. Im guessing you have either a headlight or cornerlight that has burned out.
I suggest you replace all of them at this time because whats gonna happen is three months or so from now another one will burn out. And youll just have to take it all apart again. Happened to me. Hope this helps.
