Has anyone ever bought a pair of shoes on eBay and sent a different size?

I bought a 7 1 / 2 and received something that even he could not set foot two inches at other times I've bought shoes marked 7 1 / 2 is set as 10s. The seller is trying to treat me I'm crazy because the shoes are marked 7 1 / 2, but both know we are clearly 6s. What is my recourse to this scammer? I want to pay for return shipping and the return of the shoes.
