Brighten turbo change?

I recently bought a 1999 mitsubishi eclipse gs. It is a 5-speed manual, 2.0 liter, 4 cylinder …. 2 "of the earth. New bumpers, soundsytem stickers, the works. Her brand indicators change turbo glow. three were left in class the wheel on the roof. and the other to the right of the steering wheel at the top of the dashboard. My first thought was a ystem nos or something, but I'm not sure. My friend said to install a brightness change turbo boost on my car for $ 400. I have two questions, What is a shift system turbo boost radiance, is that a good deal?

I think the index a boost from the change in brightness is an indicator of business performance IMO its not good =) the only flag for $ 89 more expensive in place
