How do you turn off the ac in a cadillac escalade 2008?

My boss’s new cadillac escalade has had problems with the ac not being able to be turned off so i was wondering if their was a killswitch or a special way to turn it off because we’ve tried everything and we dont have the owners manual any help would be usefull

Open the hood and disconnect the pressure switch located on the compressor or dryer. That will disable the compressor.

Keep in mind that that AC on these vehicles is always on and available for use. Defogging the windows is one reason.

Why doesn’t he take it to the dealer?
