Infinity FX35 45 Is there any way to play DVDs on my system naviagtion panel display?

I have a FX 35 2003 I wonder if I can play DVDs on my front panel navigation panel. Or I can put DVD in the passenger seat in the place of the navigation DVD that plays on the navigation screen
