How do you install XM on a 2006 Honda Civic, with factory Navigation labeled “XM Ready”?

NOTE: there is no XM antenna on the car. Tring to save Money! The dealership wants $900 – $1000! Yikes!

my scion tc is the same way. try ebay to get it cheaper, but no matter what you need the tuner and antenna, then you need to subscribe. good luck
