what is happening with my nose piercing?

I have it peirced more than 2 months after the first month I changed it because I had to a separator and had always hurt some cuz the space is bigger, but today my spacer was like 2 days before today and work alongside my nose piercing was swollen on the inside so when I got home I like and I will change this, so I took apart a bunch of crap came out of my nose and tried to put a ring on the nose once cleaned it and would not go, like to close, so I tried again I found a bathroom and pushed through ow molybdenum and holy, so idk if infected what should I put in it or what.
