Why do my internet Google.com go to 1.0 mbs?

I've been noticing a trend in my internet connection that goes from your usual 1.0mbs 58mbs when use Google.com, Google Maps, Google images, Google basically nothing (well, except chromium Internet program I use, which may have something to do with him) It does not happen all the time, theres no pattern, it can happen the next time you google something, and it will not happen in the next 15 times … Can anyone explain this? I'm tired of getting up and restart the modem 20 times a day (no exaggeration there) Even when I can download. Internet torrents 1.0mbs me from time to when they are landed. This is 1.0mbs other random things rarely but still happens, mostly just google., When my internet will 1.0mbs can not load any pages or do anything that the use of Internet connection is made inactive but recognizes the signal which tells me that I'm connected … All ideas, solutions? Anyone else have this problem?

I think it is very unlikely that your Internet speed is 58mps. I know that in XP, you say to a network 58mbps speed. 1Mbs is probably only the normal Internet speed.
