What is the allowable noise level permitted as established by epa?

WHAT IS THE MAXIUM NOISE LEVEL PERMITTED BY DISTANCES WHICH IS SAFE FOR THE HUMAN EAR?

Levels are measured in DB. There are a lot of different regulations on this in the Federal Register depending on the application. Very complicated. MYOSHA also has a set of rules for the workplace. If I was at work I could look it up but I’m on medical leave right now.
