Good Shape

How can i get in good shape for my soccer tryouts?
I have soccer try outs in a month and i need to get in hell of a good shape. Theres alot of just running in tryouts and sprints, sprints while carrying a ball over head, so i heard its difficult. im in pretty good shape right now and im really fast sprinter but dont have alot of stamina.
a month isnt alot of time to get in good shape, but u can certainly improve a bit. you should condition yourself first, by spending the first two weeks jogging at least 3 miles a day, and for the next two weeks develop your leg muscles via sprinting at a local track, running at full speed the 100 meter strech while being times and try to improve. you can also do various leg exercises such as squats to build the thighs, and just run up and down stairs to build you calves. remember to eat alot of pasta and pachages foods immediately after a sprint/workout to get the most out of it, and your muscles will built faster with carbs and simple sugars
