Anyone know why an 85 300td Mercedes have nooo! power up to 30 mph to 80 mph momentum?

I'm talking about walking speed only for the first 300 meters then sloooooowly to 30. after that good to go. My suspicion is a relief valve, start of injection or compression poor or lack of turbo power to help out.

I had that exact problem, gave me an adjustment, plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, and the car was much better! Try it!
