How to fix a car door seal?

In my peugeot 306 I realized that when it rains a little hard water leaks through the passenger door and gets the carpet wet. the rubber seal around the door frame does not work in a particular place in the bottom of the frame and the water runs in. What I have to do to fix this please?

I usually set w / door alignment, if the gums look healthy (if you know what I mean), but requires knowledge of the subject for its complicated to do ..
