how can i get concrete off the vinyl trim around my patio door?

We recently had a patio poored and the concrete splattered on the sliding door, door trim and vinyl siding – I have used a widget blade to scrape spots off the window but what can I use for the vinyl areas? it looks awful and I really don’t want to see it every time I might want to sit out!!! HELP!!!

I have gone through this same exact thing a month ago. I also had paint over spray on my glass and vinyl casing. I used “Goof Off”, comes in an aerosol can from the hardware store, and that not only removed the over spray but it also removed the concrete splatters on the vinyl and glass.
