How do i eject my cd changer 6-CIM my in my car?

I have a 2001 IS300 with the OEM stereo 6 disc CD changer. I wonder if there is any type of adjustment can i do. Currently, the "record" button does not respond or is the eject button. The load button then time seems to respond wait and switch to the radio. Note: the functions of radio seems fine.

If any of the CD home made copies with their own labels on them? If so, you probably have a stuck there, must be disassembled to remove them. Been there! Sorry the bad news!
