Detroit Diesel engine What do I have?

I'm working on an early 80 flat bed trucks GMC two tonnes with a Detroit Diesel, 4-cylinder both a super charger and a turbo. I think silver is a driver? Need to know what engine this model is that I can get the shop manual does not it??

If in fact a 4-cylinder, the more likely is that a 4-53. "4" = 4 cylinder "53" = 53 cubic inches per cylinder. ALL DD two times are super-charger, or more commonly known as a "fan", and most road vehicles also had the turbo. Some stationary equipment not use the turbo, but all had the fan.
