How I can "pep" a Mitsubishi Eclipse?

The car is actually my brothers. I have a 1974 Dodge Dart that everything is done except the difference, you just blow up. I'm using the Eclipse for a while but I think its cause (for good) and skirts lol mine would set aside and change the window driver's side, who had fallen. I would also like to "encourage" the engine if possible. I do not want to be gay and spend $ 300 on a intake pipe chrome is going to win 2 horsepower. What I would like to do is adjust the equipment. I do not know much about it as work on older cars. I would like to set the machine trans because the car moves slow and weak, even at WOT, and I would like to tune the ECU to give more spark advance, an advance curve difference, perhaps, and gas, more or less what you need (I've found that cars need less gas as my Dart fell by nearly a second of time drawing my little 00-60 and 600 feet cfm carb to 10% and the change of acceleration. pump to provide only a tiny shot of gas.) What I can do this and what I need?
