Buick Convertible
Which classic car should I buy?
I have a choice of either a 1967 Buick Skylark or a 1982 Lincoln Mark VI.
Both cars are in mint condition.
Skylark Price: $7,900
Buick Price: $4,900
The skylark is also a convertible and comes with your basics. The Buick comes with all of the technology of the cars today (ABS, airbags, etc.). I like the look of the Buick because it looks very classy and old-fashioned. Whereas, the Skylark looks more sporty and race-car like.
Which do you think I should buy?
I meant Lincoln when I mentioned the classy and old-fashioned.
Yeah, older technology is usually weird and pricey. Hmmmm. My dad also said he would go with the Skylark.
The 4,900 is the price of the Lincoln….I don’t know why I keep typing out Buick.
It’s YOUR choice, but I suspect the Mark will be one of those cars that are constantly needing costly repairs. The ABS and airbags will (maybe) be hard to find and will be very expensive to replace. Give THAT some thought before deciding, ok?
